After-sales Service

Please read the following content before using the product.

 

1. Warranty Products
This service policy is only applied to RUIXUE/Xiegu products and accompanying accessories sold by dealers officially designated by RUIXUE. For products sold by any third-party platform authorized by RUIXUE, we only provide maintenance service within the warranty scope. Please contact the dealer to return or replace the products.

 

2. Warranty Service

Consumers can contact the dealers authorized by RUIXUE or the after-sales department of RUIXUE in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) to enjoy professional testing and maintenance service.

 

3.Warranty Policy
>>After purchasing XIEGU products, if there is any quality problem within 7 days, the users can choose to:
 a. go to the dealer and require for return of goods.
 b. go to the dealer and replace the product for another one of the same model.
 c. contact the after-sales service center of RUIXUE for free maintenance.

>>After purchasing RUIXUE product, if there is any quality problem within 15 days, the users can choose to:
 a. go to the dealer and replace the product for another one of the same model.
 b. contact the after-sales service center of RUIXUE for free maintenance.

>>After purchasing XIEGU products, if there is any quality problem beyond 15 days but still within the warranty period, the users can choose to:
 a. go to the service center authorized by RUIXUE for maintenance.
 b. if there is no service center authorized by RUIXUE in the local place, the users shall post the products at their own expenses to the after-sales service center of RUIXUE Company. After receiving the products, our service personnel will contact you as soon as possible to confirm matters related to the maintenance and complete testing and maintenance of the product within 7 working days.

 

4. Declaration for Limited Warranty
RUIXUE provides warranty services of repair, replacement, and refund for all the hardware products within the packaging if they meet the conditions of "three warranty" services. The mainframes and accessories are subject to diferent warranty periods. This service is only limited to products with quality problems not including paying for the purchaser's economic losses and any direct or indirect losses caused by accidents.

 

5. For any of the following situations related to XIEGU products, RUIXUE will not provide "three warranty services:

 a. The purchaser cannot show the valid warranty certificate and the original purchase invoice or receipt, and the original serial number tag of the product is altered, replaced or torn.
 b. The product is beyond the warranty period specified by RUIXUE. 
 c. The product fault or damage is caused by failure to follow the instructions for installation, use, maintenance and keeping of the products; the fault or damage is caused due to installation, repair, alteration, spread spectrum or disassembly (damage of protection tag) by maintenance personnel from institutions not authorized by RUIXUE company.
 d. The product fault or damage is caused by force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, flood, war, etc.).
